The mask is made up of five of the best quality protective layers whose specifications are as follows:-
Layer one is 50 gsm non woven spun bond
Layer two 25 gsm melt blown electrostatically charged
Layer three again is 25 gsm melt blown electrostatically charged
Layer four is hot air cotton
Layer five is 25 gsm spun bond
Best quality nose bridge and ear loop is also used during production.
Mask is ultrasonically welded in a continuous production line by the machine and is not stitched by hand separately.
