Most of the burners of the rotary kiln pass through the kiln head cover, extend into the kiln head cylinder, and heat the material
to the required temperature through flame and radiation. Burners have various forms such as coal injection pipes, oil spray guns,
gas nozzles, etc., depending on the type of combustion. When the reaction temperature is low, a combustion chamber is set beside
the kiln head cover to pass hot flue gas into the kiln to supply heat.
Heavy oil burner.
Two-stage operation (large/small).
Mechanical pressure atomization.
By adjusting the combustion air and combustion head, the best combustion parameters can be obtained.
Equipped with a thermometer, an electric fuel preheater for minimum temperature and temperature regulation.
A flange and an insulating sealing ring are used to connect and fix the boiler.
Combustion air inlet with flow adjustment device.
Adjustable combustion head with steel blast tube and flame disc.
The three-phase motor drives the fan and oil pump.
The photoresistor detects the flame.
The standard electrical protection grade is IP40.
