Traditionally exported in either raw or kibbled form, we are expanding local processing facilities to provide more powdered and spray-dried gum arabic.
Our hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) is sourced directly from producers throughout Kordofan and Darfur in the eastern region of Sudan where it is believed to have originated. This region produces hibiscus that grows wild and abundant and is prized for its superior quality and flavor. The roselle is harvested by hand, sun-dried, and handled to preserve the attractive flower petals of the calyx.
