Yerba Mate is from Argentina and produced exclusively for Southmatea. These Yerba
Mate leaves come from Misiones Tea plantations where their red terroir is rich in
minerals and pesticide free.
Yerba mate Powder of Southmatea is made by only the leaves of
organic yerba mate. It doesnot contain the dust and sticks, which give
a stronger and bitter flavour.
It contains strong antioxidants like chlorogenic (CL) and its
derivatives, caffeic (C), quercetin (Q), rutin (R), and kaempferol (K)
that may improve food products nutritional quality and rancidity.
