â?¢ Chilled whole carcass, flown to your supermarkets for immediate consumption and prepared in your supermarketsâ?? butcher shop or if required be frozen for consumption later.
â?¢ Frozen Whole carcass, this can be flown to market or shipped by sea in reefer containers, stored at minus 18-21 degrees.
Other products prepared in Australian abattoirs.
Boxed Lamb, Mutton and Goat can be prepared in Australia, cut into a range of cuts, vacuum packed and boxed as required by the client, normally shipped by sea in refer containers.
This is a more expensive product due the cost of production in Australia, whole carcass is more cost effective.

The Roe is extracted in a clean and hygienic controlled environment.
