2. All parties sign non-circumvention, Non-disclosure & working agreement (NCNDA). (If applicable)
3. End buyer submits documents: Letter of Intent Proof of Funds Affidavit Authorisation Letter (for discounted buyers*)
4. Supplier's attorney may contact end buyer attorney Due Diligence Verify Quantity & Terms (CIF price only)
5. Sales contract signed, funds in ESCROW or LC
6. Manufacturer Allocates order of Gloves
7. Supplier delivers to the port, buyer inspects product, ESCROW is then released.
