Our olive trees were planted at the feet of Sierra Nevada (Granada) which is the highest in Iberian Peninsula.
Granada is a Mediterranean coast city and has the altitude of 700 meter high.
Big temperature difference between day and night, make our olive oil extremely fresh and tasty.All the year, pure spring water pass by our olive garden.
