Procedure:
1] Soft Quote or Preliminary offer by seller.
2] LOI/BCL or ICPO by buyer [Soft probe to be allowed on buyer¦s account].
3] FCO and draft contract by seller.
4] Buyer returns FCO signed and stamped.
5] Contract formation between seller and buyer.
6] POP by seller.
7] L/C: FFDLC by irrevocable, transferable/Non-transferable, confirmed 100% at sight against the presentation of shipping documents.
8] PBG 2% by seller
9] Shipping takes place as per contract
Notes:
In some deals, we offer the following:
1] A clause in the contract imposing 2% of the total contract value as a penalty on the seller if he fails to perform the contract. This is in addition to the 2% PBG.
2] A Bank commitment letter that guarantees that the seller will provide PBG along with the POP via SWIFT before the buyer issues his LC.
3] Non operative PBG in advance before issuing the LC by buyer
4] Only SERIOUS Buyer are welcomed. ONLY serious buyers can provide BCL.
Commission Policy:
1] 2 USD/MT is allowed for small quantities.
2] 1 USD/MT is allowed for quantities more than 1 million metric tons.
