Advantages
1. Double cylinder, vertical cylinder is for clamping rebar, horizontal cylinder is for forging. And the two cylinders are almost move together, so forged speed is very high, 25mm rebar forged only 8-10 seconds will be finished.
2. Large cylinder outer diameter, so that large torque, 250mm/300mm (vertical cylinder/horizontal cylinder), easy to forging 40mm steel bar, and even up to 43mm steel bar, one of our clients tested 43mm bar with AGD-40 few month ago.
3. During the upsetting forged process, the male mold will not enter into the female mold, so male mold could be large enough. So that it will not be damaged frequently, (one of our clients upsetting forged 8600pcs 540MPA rebar, but it looks like original), and the forged head is complete and full, there is no deviation, so next step of screw cutting will be very accurate, and could increase your service life of chaser on thread cutting machine.
4. The mold is easy to replace, and only need to replace female mold to matching different size rebar, loosen the each 4 screws on the upper and lower molds, (AGD-40L type, press 'Replace Mold' button, then loosen the 4 screws on the lower mold), and then backward the horizontal cylinder to the end position of the cylinder, the old mold can be taken out at the top of the horizontal cylinder.
5. Automatic Counting Function can be displayed on the screen, to conveniently statistic working efficiency of workers (AGD-40L).
6. If you feel that the forged end is not full/too full, only adjust the horizontal cylinder's distance(initial position), but no need to adjust the pressure.
7. After setting the steel bar size on the machine once, you only need to press the foot switch for each time, no need to set it again, until the whole machine powered off.

The standard rebar threaded coupler is suitable for connecting two bars of the same diameter, where one bar can be rotated. It comprises an internally threaded sleeve with two right hand threads which are tapered towards the middle of the coupler. The bar ends are square cut and thread is onto the bar. A nominal allowance of +25mm should be allowed per threaded bar end for square cutting the bar end.
The couplers are generally torqued onto the reinforcing bar in the bar threading shop, the internal threads protected by plastic end caps. The threaded ends of the continuation bar are protected by plastic thread protectors.
