Specification For TC-200 Oil-Soluble Magnesium Additive
For Gas Turbine Fuel Treatment
INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this document is to provide instructions regarding the use of Xiangyu TC-200 an oil-soluble ultra-high Alkali Magnesium additive (hereinafter referred to as assitive) to inhibit vanadium in ash-forming (crude and residual) for Gas Turbine specially.
TC-200 Additive is an oil-solubleã??tubine-qualityã??organo-magnesium fuel additive for Gas Turbine specially. TC-200 Additive is made form high pure Magnesium and petroleum-bass sulfonic acid. It has a very good physical and chemical properties, special formulation and completely own the right of knowledge. It can be easy dissolved in heavy fuel oil with any proportion. TC-200 additive can supply available MgO burned with V2O5which built from heavy fuel oil injurant to form high melt point Vanadium Magnesium compound by chemical combination to inhibit vanadium corrosion, and coming into being scattered ash flowing out with turbine exhaust gas.
The proportion of TC-200 Additive dosage of Magnesium and Vanadium in Heavy fuel oil should be around 3ï½?3.5 ï¼?Mg:V=3ï½?3.5ï¼?ï¼?or according with the Gas Turbine instructions. The Nickel in the heavy fuel must be calculated with Vanadium for the additive dosage.
TC-200 Additive is strictly manufactured according GE standard GEK28150B ,It has a stability to hydrolysis, oil-soluble, not volatilizable and innocuous etc. The additive applies generally to heavy duty gas turbine used in industrial, marine and utility applications.
