Log Peeling Lathe Machine
The linear speed is not fixed and can be adjusted to various speeds, according to the tree species and materials(hardness) and thickness of peeling veneer.
Adjustable blade rest angle(The number of certificate of invention patent is 1957491). Blade height will not be changed after adjusting the blade rest angle. The blade angle can be changed as needed in the process of peeling.
The follow-up blade gate will keep the rotary squeezing force constant to make a good veneer evenness.
The bearing is designed to install inside the roller which will not cause the roller breakage so that the service lift of bearing and roller will be extended.
90% of the whole machine parts is processed by the CNC to guarantee the precision of the machine and interchangeability of spare parts.
Hydraulic lock:
1. Blade changed easily.
2. The blade height will not be changed because of tool changing. This feature will make the veneer quality stable.
3. Lubrication easily.
Servo motor to control the adjustment of the blade gate:
1. Quick switching between three veneer peeling thickness.
2. The blade gate space will display in the next panel for easy operation and uniform management.
3. Quick fine adjustment of blade gate to choose the best rotary squeezing force.
4. One log can be peeled to first grade and second grade veneer with different thickness.
