Mixed oil vacuum evaporation process: The liquid flowing out of oil extractor is mixed oil of oil and solvent. The solvent is separated from the mixed oil according to the vaporization temperature difference between solvent and oil, we currently use vacuum evaporation process, can reduce leakage of solvent, reduce solvent consumption. After separation of the solvent vapor is condensed back cooling recovery extractor used again, improve the efficiency of solvent. After the separated solvent vapor is condensed, cooled and recovery back to extractor for second use, which can improve the use efficiency.
Advantages of vacuum evaporation:
1, high evaporation efficiency of vacuum evaporation, desolventizing thorough, low solvent consumption of crude oil.

Bleaching is a process of selective removal of pigments and impurities by the physical and chemical interaction of an adsorbent with an oil or fat to improve its quality.

Batch alkali refining process refers to alkali neutralization, oil soap separation, washing alkali refining, oil-water separation and drying is a batch process carried out intermittently. The process is more suitable for small scale and grease plant varieties change frequently, the process is as follows:

Continuous alkali refining process: alkali neutralization, oil soap separation, oil washing after alkali refining, oil and water separation and drying, the entire process is carried out continuously. Namely the use of crude oil fatty acid and caustic soda, or soda ash to neutralize and the reaction occurs, forming soaps that are separated from oils.
Refined cottonseed oil had to remain for about six hours in the stand after the stirring was stopped, in order to release the lower saponin, the oil was pumped into the water tank for being washed. When the washing water temperature is higher than the oil temperature, the washing process is 2-3 times, each time after washing required to stand for 20 minutes, before the release of waste water from the tank bottom.
Some refineries because there is no cotton cake leaching plant, so there is no leaching cottonseed oil, for such a facility, the cottonseed oil after washing can be directly into the vacuum tank, vacuum dehydration, and then filtered to obtain refined cottonseed edible vegetable oil. For plants with leaching equipment, the dehydration of the oil should be directly into desolventizing tank for final desolventizing and make the moisture in the oil fully evaporated during the desolventizing process. Because the leaching cottonseed oil not only needs refining , washing and other process operations, but also needs to increase desolventizing step, and only the oil after this step can be filtered to become edible cottonseed oil.
