Anodizing of aluminum profiles is performed through an electrochemical process. During this process, an anodic (oxide) layer is built on the metal surface. This oxide layer serves as an insulator and it may be tinted with a wide range of colors like silver, champagne, bronze, golden, black etc.
Anodizing prevents surface corrosion and acts as a substrate for additonal decorative finishes. It also improves hardness and wear resistance, anodized film thickness like AA10, AA15, AA20, AA25.
customized shapes extruded from moulds as per drawings, 6063-T5 alloy and temper profiles are made in good quality, hardness over HW10.
