Terms of delivery
Sesame seeds to be delivered within 20 weeks from the date of confirmed sight
Letter of credit. Delivery based on Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF) Qingdao
Port, China as per 2010 incoterms specifications.
Terms of Payment
Through letter of credit with normal international commodity trade submission of
paperwork. The LC must be valid for a minimum of 15 weeks allowing extra time
for vetting and submission of the documents to the bank.
Letter of credit must allow partial delivery and (-/+5%) variance in supplied
volume.
