RTK-AZS33 has an excellent performance preventing contamination due to molten glass and reduces the creation of stones, bubbles and exudation of the matri glass. it is applicable to super structure of melting tank, sidewall, paving block and forehearth, etc.
RTK-H nearly constituts of 100% beta alumina. It is characterized by its dense structure and high anti-spalling, especially its excellent corrosion resistance to alkali vapour. The product contains little vitreous phase and does not contaminate molten glass. Once used for the superstruture ( where existing less sattering raw materials) and the crown of oxy-fuel furnace, its excellent performance would be shown.
RTK fused cast abrasive resistance blocks adopt excellent raw materials: mullite clinker, imported bauxite and zircon sand, etc. They are made through melting and casting in electric arc furnace at high temperature. They are mainly used in the positions that require good abrasive resistance and high temperature resistance. For example: the sliding rail block of pusher type reheating furnace, and steel tapping spout of step-type heating furnace and garbage incinerator lining, etc.Â
According to the different contents of zirconia and crystallographic structure, the products can be divided into three brands: fused cast mullite abrasive resistance block (PRT-FM), fused cast zircon mullite abrasive resistance block (RTK-M), fused cast zircon-corundum abrasive resistance block (RTK-AZ21).
