Product Description
Frozen Sweet Corn Kernels are produced from fresh Sweet Corn Cobs which are peeled, de-cobbed manually, washed, blanched and frozen by Blast Freezing Method., Where centre temperature of product reached -18 deg centigrade.
Quality Parameters
Finished Frozen Sweet Corn Kernels should be tender, juicy, sweet (minimum TSS 11º Brix), uniform size, golden yellow color and characteristic to variety. The Kernels should be free from any foreign material, insect damage, discoloration, shriveling, off flavor, severe damage, fiber extracts etc.
