Hex Bond ACP is a widely-used term, describing flat panels that consist of thermoplastic core bonded between two aluminum sheets. The main advantage of ACP is that it has high and stable compound strength, flatness and flat surface.

High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) is a low cost, tough plastic that is easy to thermoform and fabricate. HIPS is often used for countertop point of purchase displays and indoor signs where ease of fabrication is essential. Low cost, tough plastic material that is easy to thermoform and fabricate.
