3) New design of free span metallizing in winding section achieves free of guide line and edge line also wrinkle on metallized films. There is no spatter of Aluminium dross during metallizing. New design of winding section achieves change metallized film roll quickly and increase much more production greatly. And the multi-spread design make metallized films much more smooth and much better in quality. Better cooling result, lower metallizing temperature and quicker working speed in the machine because of two chill rollers.
