All honeys will be processed and packed through our large RMP facility that are approved by the New Zealand government agency Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI). Filtering to 200 micron for minimal loss of essential vitamins and protein (i.e. pollen) and minimal processing heating to maintain enzyme of the honey active. Minimal disturbance is our aim to maintain optimum quality.
