Installation tips
The first method:
Install the frame onto the machine in advance.
Place the modular screening into the frame along one edge.
Strike the opposite edge with a mallet, which will be delivered along with the screening. Strike the modules continuously until all the modules are in position.
The second method:
Install the modules onto the frame according to the first method.
Then install the frame with modules onto the machine until all are installed.
Tension Mats
Compared with modular screening, tension mats is easier to install and replace. Just fix the tension mats through hooks on the two side. The hook can be metal or polyurethane for different machine and applications. You can replace a tension mats in seconds and the whole system in minutes. And it need no special tools.

Metal coil drapery can be installed on the ceilings with aluminum alloy track and pulley with chain, the track can be fixed on the ceiling wall or side-wall, the pulley can make the metal coil drapery move easily and the chain can control the pulley. Usually our woven metal coil drapery has 1.5 times or 2 times overlap , when the mesh is hung , it can be show into a wave shape and make the curtain beautiful.
As to the track, we have two kind of tracks , one is straight type, the pulley only can be moved straight; the other is bent track, the track can be bent into any shape according to your building shape.

Please pay attention the direction of the metal coil drapery, usually it is hung on the ceiling, so you just tell me the height and the width (show on below),then we can understand correctly and supply you the correct goods.

Hook Type Screen
Shale shaker screen is widely used in several of industries and small and medium-sized particles, such as mineral, coal, stone crushing, ceramics, chemicals, refractory, and grains. There are several types of shale shaker screen hook. The customers can free choose according own uses.
The shale shaker screen hook is an approach of mesh tail. According to the wire diameter of the mesh, it can be divided into five types:
The first type is wire bending instead of using the plate.
The diameter of wire is 6.00mm at least.
The second type is wire mesh welded plate bending.
The diameter of wire is 4.00mm at least.
The third type is with wood f
looring and then is bent into u-shaped fence.
The diameter of wire is between 1.0mm and 4.5mm.
The forth type is rubber gasket (natural white rubber) which is type of wood flooring.

This screen panel is constructed with two or three stainless steel layers bonded to a steel support plank. Accessory rubber plugs may be inserted to the rips or tears of the screen.
