Our entire fleet of double chamber tea bag line consist of the latest and brand new IMA C28 machines from Italy which can produce the staple-free tea bags. They are able to produce naked tea bags and/or with foil envelope/sachets well.
We use the Japanese FUSO machine to produce pyramid tea bags with an electronic weighing scale which reduces any errors with weight in the tea bags.
