CAST IRON FOUNDRY
We produce grey cast iron and ductile iron in our foundry in city Konya /Turkey.
We use for melting a modern medium frequency induction furnace (Meltingcapacit y: 500 kg / hour)
Cast iron / graphite flakes
in piece weights from 0,15 up to 400 kg
in the qualities EN GJL 200-300 according to DIN EN 1561
[Or GG 20, GG 25 and GG 30 according to DIN 1691]
Ductile cast iron
in piece weights from 0,15 up to 400 kg
in the qualities EN GJS 400-700 according to DIN EN 1563
[Or GGG 40, GGG 50, GGG GGG 60 and 70 according to DIN 1693]
High alloyed cast irons (NiHard,White cast iron)
The whole production controlled with a consistent quality assurance system
All charges are monitored In a separate test laboratory . Mechanical tests ,r¶ntgen and crack tests done by our government laboratory and documented.
Individual pieces and small series are manufactured in the hand moulding. Larger quantities are produced by shell molding process.

MODELING
YONCALIK has the advantage of short time pattern making for its customers: New projects will be implemented shortly.
As a result, sample production takes less time compared to other foundries.
We can produce patterns according to technical drawings, customer samples and 3D Data. Suppliying of 3D files from customers reduced our pattern production time.
In patternmaking there are many options as raw material.
Pattern material is chosen according to the quantity of parts. (Small quantity, medium quantity and large quantity)
The patterns are manufactured according to samples or drawings by wood, epoxy or Alminum.

MACHINING
Our Company YONCALIK is dealing with the machining of metal parts such as cutting steel, hardened steel, brass, bronze, cast iron, ductile iron and cast steel .Following operations are performed in our factory; turning, milling, grinding, drilling, gear cutting, sheet metal forming, pressing, pre-assembly, final assembly

QUALITY
We supply castings as needed with Certificate 2.2 according to EN 10204 and EN 10204 Inspection / 3.1B.
Our laboratory equipped with spectrometry, microscopes for microstructure analyses and hardness tester.
Our state lab KOSGEB make mechanical and nondestructive tests such as strength, rntgen and crack testing for us.
