It is widely used in agriculture as growth promoters and organic pesticide. Major constituents are acetic acid, propanioc acid, phenol etc
Pyro-ligneous acid is used as raw material in various industries to manufacture
1. Preservatives for meat and fish.
2. Medicinal purpose - detoxification agent, prebiotics, anti- allergic agents, anti-bacterial and anti - fungal products, treatment products for skin infections and anti-inflammation products, disinfectant, .
3. Food industry - smoke flavouring agent
4. Industrial - coagulating agent in rubber production, anti- termite agent and anti-fungal products in wood industry.
Packaging is done as per customers requirements.
