Construction Aggregates
Our reputed company is widely involved in supplying a wide range of Aggregates. The commercial production of aggregates was initiated with the aim of catering to the overall building, construction and the infrastructure development community that uses aggregate as the critical raw material. With its contractual as well as commercial aggregate mining spread across Gujarat.
We serve the best quality of Aggregate all across the nations. Aggregate is composed of various particles used in construction as foundation. It includes sand, slag, stone and gravel etc. The aggregate that we offer acts as reinforcement to add strength to the overall composite material which gets used for constructions. The product that we offer goes through the quality inspection process. We offer this product at reasonable price range.
Features Of Barite
Baryte is generally white or colorless, and is the main source of barium. Barite is found in the southern parts of India. It is extracted by both surface and underground mining.
It is non-toxic and physically and chemically non-reactive. It is available in hydrous form as well as lumps.
Applications
Paints
Rubber
Drilling
Cosmetics
Paper
Features Of Calcined Bauxite
Calcination is a process of heating, hence calcined bauxite is obtained by heating the high grade ore of the bauxite. Heating further removes the moisture content from the ore and thus results in the increase of the alumina content.
Applications
Abrasives
Refractories
Road surfacing
Features Of Bentonite
Bentonite is highly used plastic clay and is an absolute gem of a product to be manufactured in terms of industrial purposes. It is of great commercial importance with inherent bleaching properties. It is these bleaching properties that make it useful and different from other materials. Bentonite because of it having such unique bleaching qualities has been named as Bleaching clay.
Excellent plasticity, higher bonding strength, high shear and strength, low level of permeability and compressibility and many such qualities in short make it all the while important. It also has a varied amount of uses in well-known industries like rubber, paper and cosmetic industries.
Features Of Cement
India is World’s Second largest Cement Producer. India is contributing tremendously to the Supply of Cement across the Globe. The Capacity of Indian market to produce and supply cement is increasing at swift pace.
We source the best quality and from the best brands. We supply OPC, PPC, Slag cement, White Cement and Sulfate Resisting Cement.
Features Of China Clay
China clay belongs to the group of Minerals called Kaolinite. It is one of the most common minerals. Kaolinite clay occurs in abundance in soils that have formed from the chemical weathering of rocks in hot, moist climates—for example in tropical rainforest areas.
Comparing soils along a gradient towards progressively cooler or drier climates, the proportion of kaolinite decreases, while the proportion of other clay minerals.
Applications
Glass
Ceramics
Paper
Cosmetics
Features Of Feldspar
Feldspar is most common rock-forming mineral. It generally white or very light in colour. The feldspar refers to the group of Aluminium silicate of potassium, sodium and calcium. Among the numerous rocks in which they are present the feldspars are particularly abundant in igneous rocks.
Applications
Ceramics
Sanitaryware
Catalyst
Decorative stone
Features Of Fly Ash
Fly ash, also known as flue-ash is a residue which is generated during combustion and consists of fine particles. There are impurities in coal which mostly consist of clays, limestone and dolomite particles. These turn up into ash as they cannot be completely burned.
Fly ash is useful in a number of ways and is one of the most researched upon mineral source. It is mainly a pozzolanic substance which contains aluminum and silicon material which in return due to the presence of water can take form of cement.
A lot of research and development initiative have been taken place across the globe to build and develop technologies that can utilize the full potential of fly ash. Royal Mineral takes care to ensure flawless production stages.
Features Of Graphite Powder
Graphite Powder is our ultra-fine powder. Graphite powders are composed primarily of ultra-fine particles classified as per ultrafine size for various applications.
It has 98-99% of Fixed Carbon content. It has self-lubricity and plasticity in high temperatures.
Applications
Drilling
Conductive paints
Electrically and thermally conductive coatings
Features Of Garnet
Garnet is pure and natural sand. Of the six major varieties of Garnet (Almandine, Andradite, Grossularite, Pyrope, Spessartite, Uvarovite), Almandine is the best abrasive Garnet with the composition of 3FeO, AI203, ESIO2. As Garnet has low content of free silica in it, it is widely used in sand blasting and waterjet cutting.
Applications
Abrasives
Sand Blasting
Water jet cutting
Features Of Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GBFS)
Granulated Blast Furnace Slag or GBFS is formed when Blast Furnace Slag or BFS is successively at a fast rate quenched from the furnace rather than left for cooling. It has a density of about 60% to 70% that of natural sand. This material has a much increased resistance to sulfate attack.
This eventually leads to better performance in countering acids of any type. In GBFS, no type of reaction related to alkali and silica occurs. Also the material provides a huge saving in connection to carbon dioxide emission which is an extra boon. What constitutes GBFS are its properties that consist of durability, appearance, higher ultimate strength than concrete which is made up of Portland cement and high sustainability level of the product made out of this material.
Features Of Calcite
Calcite is carbonate and is generally white in colour. Calcite is a common constituent of sedimentary rocks, limestone in particular. It has the same chemical formula as other calcium carbonate based minerals like Limestone and marbles.
Calcite, like most carbonates, will dissolve with most forms of acid. Calcite can be either dissolved by groundwater or precipitated by groundwater, depending on several factors including the water temperature and pH.
Applications
Pharmaceuticals
Drilling
Iron and steel industry
Features Of Laterite
Laterite is a polymetallic ore and it is rich in iron oxide. It is formed from a variety of rocks that undergo stray oxidizing and leaching conditions. Laterite is typical clay like material and porous. The colors of Laterite vary from red, reddish-black, brown, yellow and blackish-brown. Laterite also in short can be called as a rock product that is formed in response to a set of physiochemical conditions. It has a number of uses in industries nowadays.
Features Of Quartz
Quartz is very common in sedimentary rocks such as sandstone. It is composed of Silicon and oxygen atoms. It is closest to pure chemical compound and has constant physical properties. Quartz strength and non-reactive properties make it indispensable ingredient in the production of thousand of everyday products.

Features Of Steel Billets
Steel billets result from the second stage of the steel production process. They are hot-rolled or forged from an ingot or strand cast. Smaller and longer than a bloom, billets are usually a square cross-section less than 36 square inches.
They are used for the manufacture of all ‘long’ steel products such as bars, rods, pipes, tubes, wire and wire products.
