We achieve high quality thanks to a complete set of manufacturing equipments, testing tools, and also a solid quality control system with a well trained working team. Densitometer, spectral measuring instrument to check the ingot; mould strength tester to make sure the sand mould at appropriate strength; x-ray tester to conduct ndt; and when the products are finally machining finished by cnc, we have coordinate measuring machine (cmm) to measure the important dimensions. Without such a complete set of equipments and tools, high quality is impossible.
Our factory has passed certification of iso9000 iso14000 ohsas18000 and also the audit of the above listed customers for vendor admission.
Plate rolling
Our metal plate rolling facilities are listed first class not only in china but also in world wide.
We have over 10 plate rolling machines, including a hausler heavy plate roller, capable of rolling steel plates up to 4250mm in width by 210mm in thickness. We also have a range of other machines including the faccin sertom and more. We can carry out all necessary metal processes before rolling, such as cnc cutting, plate bevelling, and also the process of shot blasting and painting after rolling
Our coastal location makes for convenient transportation across the globe. Users in petro-chemical pipelines, wind tower construction can take our manufacturing service flexibly.
The mixer component pictured here is made of stainless steel. The entire component with od 1950mm and 2205mm long after fabrication shall be finished by machining center for perfect dimensional precision.
The steel truss bridge pictured here is a hot dip galvanized one, all the steel elements including beams, posts, struts, braces, stringers, chords, fasteners and all necessary parts are supplied from china, test assembled before being loaded into containers. It took us only six weeks to finish the steel fabrication and one month to arrive in africa, three months for erection.
The steel used for the bridge are of high strength, with yield strength more than 345 mpa. Hot dip galvanization enable long service life for more than 50years.
