Flame Retardant TCPP
TCPP, the chemical name tris(chloropropyl) phosphate ,is a low cost chlorine and phosphorous based flame retardant. It has the best hydrolysis stability among currently available halogenated organic phosphates. Can not dissolve in water, dissolve in most organic solvent, and have good compatibility with resins.
Applying as Flame Retardant in the production of acetate fiber, polyvinyl-chloride, PU foams, EVA, phenolics materials. Except the flame retarding, it can also promote the moisture resisting, low temperature resisting, the capability of antistatic and the softness of the materials.

Introduction:
Zinc Borate is one environmental-friendly halogen-free flame retardant. There are some formulations of xZnO.yB2O3.zH2O, in
which Zinc Borate with 3.5 hydrate is called ZBï¼?2335 (2ZnO.3B2O33.5H2O)is the most common used grade. It has owned some
excellent properties on non-toxicity, slight solubility in water, good thermal stability, fine particle size, low specific gravity, great
free-flowing etc.
APPLICATIONS:
1. Zinc borate can be used as multi-functional synergistic additives with antimony oxide or other halogenated flame retardants to
significantly improve the flame retardant performance, remove smoke emission and adjust the balance on chemical, mechanical,
electrical etc properties.
2. As environmental protection substitute to replace current Antimony Oxide or halogen flame retardants, Zinc borate is directly used
in PVC, PE, Polyolefin, Epoxy Polyamide etc resins and rubber process. Moreover, it is widely used in textile, fiber, floor, leather,
wall paper, carpet, paint etc decorative materials to improve flame retardant performance.
3. Base on its anti static properties, zinc borate is widely used in mining plastic material, and used on anti-corrosion, infra red
absorption, fungicide for wood preservation etc fields.

Application
As one of anti-flaming solvents adapting to nylon without halogenations, MCA especially applies to nylon number 6 and number 66, which can achieve the anti-flaming effect with UL 94 V level easily; It's worthwhile to point out that it has such advantages as very low application cost, super electrical capacity, mechanical performance and excellent pigmentation effect ect.

Applications
On account of low water-solubility, APP-II is specially suitable to be used as acid source for intumescent coatings. Intumescent coatings on the steel structure can meet the requirements the DIN4102 fireproofing grade. For polyurethane foams, APP-II is a suitable halogen-free flame retardant. APP-II has an excellent flame retardant effect in the fibre base material such as paper and wood products. Adding 15-20% APP-II to Casting resins based on epoxy resins or unsaturated polyester resins can reach UL 94-V0 grade.
