We produce the oil directly from fresh coconut milk, using cold process centrifuge separation method (physical separation only without adding anything, not even water).
No chemical nor heat & high temperature are used in any stage of process.
From cracking the coconut shells to packing & bottling the oil, we only need 4-6 hours process to ensure that we get the fresh, young coconut aroma, light taste and colorless extra virgin coconut oil in result.
