The first 4.3m tamping coke oven was designed and manufactured by Dalian Dashan through incessant improvement. After putting into operation in Shanxi, it's technology has been mature and reliable and has been in the advanced position in China . Dalian Dashan can produce complete with the highest integrative profits according to different demands.
The equipment can perform the following technical operation: arranging coal chute from coal hopper, tamping coal, extracting oven door on machine side, pushing coke out of chamber, charging the tamped coal into chamber, extracting oven door on coke side, delivering the coke into quenching car and then to quenching tower to quench, and finally sending to coke uncharging position to uncharge. At the same time, the dust and fume incurred during coal charging and coke pushing are collected and exhausted after de-dusting. Besides that, it can also finish cycle change of gas and waste gas. The complete set equipment consists of coal-charging & coke-pushing car (coal-charging car and coke-pushing car), coke-quenching car, locomotive car, tamping machine, smoke and dust cleaning car and so on.
To manufacture billet, round and bloom sized continuous casting machine and related spare parts.
Arc radius can be from 3.5m to 14m.
The strand can be 1-6.
Kinds of billet type continuous casting machine: 60mmX60mm to 700mmX700mm, of round one from Φ80mm to Φ900mm, of slab one from 120mmX850mm to 3600mmX1000mm.
The characteristics:
·Ladle turret: Straight arm type, and can be with automatic weighing device, emergency driven unit and driven by electric motor.
·Oscillator : Guided by spring steel plate, it is outside the secondary cooling chamber , far away from the high temperature zone, easy for maintance.
·Copper mold tube assembly: The products are used by well-known steel mill both at home and abroad.
·Withdrawal and straightening unit: The straightener adopts the gradually straightening technic. The rollers are driven by three-ring reducers and hydro-cylinder.
·Flame cutter: High-speed narrow slit cutter, along with the unpowered cutting car. Guidance mechanism decides the torch swing.
·Dummy bar: Rigid dummy bar or flexible dummy bar.
·Electric control system: This system uses Simens PLC control scheme, carrying on the surveillance by a computer.

The material of the crucible is CuCrZr or oxygen-free copper. CuCrZr has high softening temperature, and it is hard to be out of shape.

Correct selection, installing and careful maintenance are the important conditions to make the coupling use normally, so please pay attention to following points:
1.Correct selection is important for excellent performance of universal joint shaft / cardan shaft .
2.Must specify this general drawing number when ordering the same parts.
3.Class 10.9 bolt is coated with anaerobic adhesive to prevent looseness.
4.In order to use it easily,we recommend cooperation f8 for outshot of flange and correlation H8 or keyway of end surface key. Keep flange surface clean when installing and check the connecting bolts regularly ,and tighten them with a stipulated pre-tightening force. When putting spline shaft into spline tube, the central lines of bearing holes on both ends should be the same plane to guarantee the shaft work synchronously.
5.Our products have been injected grease already after production. Please lubricate it in one or two months after installation and use.
6.Pay attestation on preventing water, dust and other corrosive substances. Please don't knock the device with hammer or it will reduce the service life of the product.
7.If there is abnormal sound or move us and down, please examine it in time by professional .
