Anionic polyacrylamide
Polyacrylamide is, simply called PAM, a water- soluble high polymer and widely used in petroleum, paper-making, metallurgical, textile, chemical and environment protection fields. There are three categories of anionic, cationic and non-ionic type.
Application introduction
PAM series products contain affinity radical and they can dissolve in water easily and play the role of flocculation, filtering-assist, increasing adherence, reducing resistance, coherence, reinforcing and rheologic regulation and can be used extensively. Flocculation property can be used for recovering solid substance, treating various industrial sewage, domestic sewage and purifying water, assisting filtering, treatment of tail coal as well as well-drilling slurry material etc. With the rheologic regulation function PAM can thicken water recover driving agent for oil field to reform ground section, enhance adoption ratio. It can make up fracturing solution to fracture the stratum which is difficult to drill and it also can make up well-drilling solution which can reduce friction and resistance, accelerate drilling speed, improve drilling depth. With the property of adherence and reinforcing of PAM, it can be used for paper-making industry to enhance staying rate of filling material, speed size filterability and white water sediment in the paper and then coagulate to increase the strength of the paper. PAM can be used with polyvinyl alcohol as textile size, this can improve textile process and enhance the property of textile.
Usage
When use PAM series products, first make up dilute solution, usually 0.01%-0.1%,thus it is easy to mix with treated substance to get the best result. When make up dilute solution, try best to use water that is neutral or doesnf+t contain metallic salt. When make up solution, usually the temperature is between 50-60fª. When used as paper-making staying-assist agent, density couldnf+t be too high, other-wise the paper size will appear flocculation, usually it is between 100-300 PPM. When used as flocculation agent it is necessary to select type and size of PAM series products according to PH value of treated substance. =+ Anionic PAM is suitable for higher density, inorganic suspension substance with positive charge and PH value is neutral of basic solution with thick suspension particles 1mm-10mm. Non-ionic PAM is suitable for separating mixed organic and inorganic suspension, the solution is neutral or acid. Cationic PAM is suitable for suspension solution with negative charge and containing organic substance.
Polyaluminium chloride
1. Its dosage lower than aluminum sulfate (based on Al2O3) and water treatment cost is lower than other inorganic flocculants.
2. The product can cause quick formation of flocs, big flocs formation and rapid precipitation. Its treatment capacity is 1.3-3.0 times of other inorganic flocculants.
3. It enjoys wide-range adaptability for different-temperature source water and a good solubility.
4. It is slightly corrosive and easy for operation.
5. The liquid product is suitable for automatic dosing. Furthermore, it will not block pipes over long-time usage.

APPLICATION METHODS
1. The liquid product can be dosed directly or dosed after dilution. As for the solid product, dilution is necessary before being dosed. Water amount for dilution shall be determined based on the amount of the chemical to be dosed and the quality of water to be treated. Dilution proportion for solid product is 2%-20%, and for liquid product, 5%-50%(based on weight percentage).
2. The dosage of the liquid product is 3-40g/MT and the dosage of the solid product is 1-15g/MT. The specific dosage is based on the flocculation test and on the trial.
3. Its acidity is lower than other inorganic coagulants.
PACKAGE AND STORAGE
1. The solid product is packaged in 25kg polypropylene woven bagswith inner plastics bags.
2. The liquid product can be stored for one year without losing its effect, while the solid product, for two years. The product should be stored in a dry and ventilative room, but the effect will not be affected even if it gets wet.

This product is a quaternary cationic polymer which is specialized product for decoloring, flocculating, cod decreasing and other applications.
Application field
1. It is mainly used for color removal treatment for high-colority waste water from dyestuffs plants. It is suitable to treat waste water with activated, acidic and disperse dyestuffs.
2. It can also be used to treat waste water from textile industry and dye houses, pigment industry, printing ink industry and paper industry.
3. It also can be used in the production process of paper & pulp as retention agent.

Application methods
1. The product shall be diluted with 10-40 times water and then dosed into the waste water directly. After being mixed for several minutes, it can be precipitated or air-floated to become clear water.
2. The ph value of the waste water should be adjusted to 7-10 for better result.
3. When the colority and cod are relatively high, it can be used with the help of polyaluminum chloride, but not mixed together. In this way, the treatment cost can be lowered. Whether polyaluminum chloride is used beforewards or afterwards depends on the flocculation test and the treatment process.

Polydadmac
This product's technical name is polydimethyl-dislkelen-ammonium chloride/polydadmac, it is cationic polymer and it can be completely dissolved in water.
Properties
The polymer body contains strong cationic group radical and activated-adsorbent group radical which can destabilize and flocculate the suspended solids and the negative-charged water soluble matters in the waste water through electro-neutralization and bridging adsorption. It is very effective in flocculating, decolouring, killing algae and removing organics. The product enjoys small dosage but can cause big flocs, rapid precipitation and low turbidity residue, and it can also produce small amount of sludge. It is adaptable to wide range of ph value, between 0.5 and 1.4. This product is smelless, tasteless and harmless. It can be widely used to treat source water and sewage water.

Application methods
When used alone, it should be diluted to the concentration of 0.5%-0.05% (based on solid content). When used to treat different source water or waste water, the dosage is based on the turbidity and the concentration of the water. The most economical dosage is based on the trial. The dosing spot and the mixing velocity should be carefully decided to guarantee that the chemical can be mixed evenly with the other chemicals in the water and the flocs can not be broken. It is better to dose the product continuously.
