Structure:
Bag filter is consist of holder, ash bucket, the middle cabinet, the upper part cabinet, bag, frame, jet cleaning device and PLC control procedures and other components. The middle cabinet has sub-chamber structure. Dusty gas goes through collecting tube achieving to each ash bucket.

Structure
ZL series Long Bag Pulse dust collector is mainly composed of upper box, middle box, ash bucket, supporting legs, filtering bag and blowing device, ash discharging device. The features of this structure are:
1. Upper box is devided into thousands chambers. In order to realize off-line cleanign dust and maintenance, each chamber has equipment 1 lifting valve.
2. Pneumatic vent valve is controlled by air cylinder. The advantages are realiable operation, fast speed of on/off, without any leakage of air.
3. Compared with horizontal installation, the vertical installation fo pneumatic vent valve is easier during maintenance.
4. Filtering bag is self-locked and sealed on the board holes by the flexible ring on the bag. This can gurantee low emission density and easy for installation and replacement.
5. Optimized injection short tube can gurantee perfect dusting cleaning performance.
6. Safety guard and walking platform are equipped for regular maintenance.

Working principle:

Structure:
The raw material to be calcined is charged at the top of the kiln. It it then pre-heated by the combustion gases in the counter-current before reaching the burning zone. In the burning zone the material is calcined by means of fuel introduced together with primary combustion air through radially arranged burner lances. Cooling air is introduced at the discharge part of the kiln to cool the product in a counter-current manner. The heated cooling air travels upwards to the burning zone and is used again there as the secondary combustion air.
From the top of the kiln he exhaust gas are directed to a dust collecting system.
