Description: casing rollers are simple, rugged tools for restoring buckled, collapsed, or dented casing to its normal diameter and roundness. There are no pins, springs or other small parts to break or lose in the hole, making it safer to use and easier to maintain than other rollers. Operation is very simple, requiring only ample fluid circulation and slow rotary speeds.
Features: casing rollers are composed of a mandrel with a series of eccentric roll surfaces, each of which is assembled with a series of heavy-duty rollers. These rollers are secured by a nose cone which is locked to the mandrel by a series of husky ball bearings, running in a race between the nose cone and lower mandrel end. These tools may be redressed to roll a larger size by changing the rollers to proper oversize rollers.
The casing roller is equally effective using right- or left-hand rotation and left-hand connections will be furnished on request. Lower stinger connections may be furnished on a special nose cone or on the lower mandrel end on request, at additional cost.

The bucking units are important equipment used to make up /break out and maintain all kinds of drill tools , drill stems and down-hole tools for petroleum and geological prospecting. In our company , the ycj-25 type bucking unit is designed and manufactured based on the advanced technology from the same equipment domestic and abroad as well as combination with the actual situation and characteristic of petroleum industry in china.
Available with the following advantages: uniform contact is made with six (6) synchronized self centering
Cylinders with jaws that adjusts to fit any size; with great torque of make-up /break-out for assembly or disassembly of work-piece; with large diameter range suitable for tube fittings; without slippage or biting the working surface when make-up or break out; with quick make-up; push-pull hydraulic cylinder provides axial push-pull forces to make-up/break-out of the work piece. It has enjoyed best reputation from customers domestic and abroad.

Hydraulic jar tester is an important tool used for testing the drilling tool, pipe stem and down hole tool in all kinds of oil well and geological. Ysj150 hydraulic jar tester is designed by our company absorb the foreign advanced technique, combine with the character and current level of national petroleum industry. Advantages such as convention operation, steady and pull strength high, it suitable for testing pull performance and pressure performance of jar, shock absorber, accelerator etc.
Ysj150 hydraulic jar tester is mainly consisted in two parts: hydraulic control table and test bench. Hydraulic control table is mainly consisted in oil tank, electromotor, plunger pump, reversing valve, computer monitor system, etc. Hydraulic jar tester is mainly consisted in hydraulic cylinder, frame, active cart, active frame, fix pin, etc.
Ysj150 hydraulic jar tester is provided power resource by electromotor drive the plunger pump, at work, the tested product should be lay between active cart and active frame.

Description¡êothe casing scraper is ideal for the removal of mud, cement, bullets, rust, scale, paraffin, perforation burrs and other obstructions from the inside walls of casing.
Maintaining a clean casing i.D. Is important when operating drilling, fishing, or wire line tools. Likewise, packers, patches, spears, and similar tools require clean surfaces to grip. Obstructions on casing walls will frequently cause these tools to fail or become difficult to operate.
Construction:
Utilizing a simple one-piece mandrel design, the bowen casing scraper is constructed to be rugged, yet simple to operate and maintain. The scraper conditions 50 percent more surface area than any other tool on the market. The full circle blades are so spaced to contact 600¡ã (almost two complete circles) of casing surface at once.
Short and compact, the scraper also incorporates a long taper on the blades for passing through joints without hanging. The scraper works in vertical or rotary operations and may be run on drill pipe or wire line.
Bowen casing scrapers are available to condition pipe ranging from 2-3/8-inch tubing to 13-3/8-inch casing. For more information on the use, operation and specifications of the scraper contact your national oilwell representative.
