The word pepper itself is derived from the Sanskrit word for long pepper, pippali. Pippali is valued in Ayurvedic medicine and foods for enhancing digestion and metabolism. It is combined with dried ginger and black pepper to form trikatu , which can be taken to help regulate cholesterol and help prevent obesity. It is also used to treat coughs, colds, fevers and rheumatism. Pippali has a folklore reputation as an aphrodisiac, and is believed to improve vitality.

Our long pepper is from foothills and himalayan region so its wild and pure with no mix up.


Zanthoxylum(Timur): Sichuan pepper

Sichuan pepper has a unique aroma and flavour that is not hot or pungent like black, white or chili peppers. Instead, it has slight lemony overtones and creates a tingly numbness in the mouth that sets the stage for hot spices.Rrural people apply the powder of its seeds on their legs to get rid of leech infestation while crossing a forest in the rainy season. The seed emits a characteristic pungent odor so strong that even the sticky leech loses its foothold.

It also possesses formidable disinfectant properties and is used largely as a safety measure as well as a flavoring essence during wild mushroom cooking.Timur oil is also much in used in world as it restricts the bacterial and fungul activities used widely in toothache and any digestive and gastric problem.susuka timur and timur oil is pure, hygienic,and is produced keeping in mind the processing and delivering.

The seeds possess several medicinal properties like curing stomach aches and toothaches; but in heavy dosage it may prove toxic. People make tasty curries just by mixing it with a pinch of salt and piece of green chile.

Rudraksha Beads(Elaeocarpus Ganitrus Roxb)
Rudraksha () are the beads from trees belonging to Elaeocarpus Ganitrus Roxb.

Every Rudraksha has cells or Mukhis which differ in numbers. A facet is a line or groove which runs from one end to of Rudraksha to the other end. In ancient epic like Shiv Puran, Shri MadDevi Bhagwat, Padmpuran etc. Rudraksha upto 14 Mukhis have been described along with thrir effects and purpose for which they are useful. Hight Mukhi Rudraksha from 15 to 27 Mukhis have also been found in the later countries their benefits recorded as per experience of the learned people. There are other Rudraksha like Gauri Shankar (two Rudraksha having naturally joined on the tree), Ganesha (a Rudraksha having trunk like protrusion on its body) Sawar (a Gauri Shankar in which one bead has only one line or Mukhi), Trijuti (three Rudraksha beads joined naturally on the tree.
Rudraksha are available in different sizes. The auspicious and effective ones are those which are larger in sizes (15mm and above) and have natural hole in it. The surface of the bead should not be over - thorny and should have good hardness.

Rudra and Aksha, thus merge to create Rudraksha a power bead dear to Lord Shiva. Rudra got transformed to Lord Shiva and Aksha denotes the "Eye" meaning thereby that is a powerful natural bead linked to the most powerful God of Hindu Trinity - Mahadeva, Rudra or Shiva.Shrimad Devi Bhagwat says that the one is benefited by simply looking at or touching a Rudraksha. Many examples prove the splendour and power of Rudraksha. It can make one rich, change one's faith as well as influence people.Elsewhere in the world its therapeutic effects are known to cure diseases like cancer and ease personal traumas.


Turmeric (Besaar):Curcuma longa

Nepal has been exporting high quality Turmeric since a long time.Turmeric, a shrub related to ginger, is grown throughout India, other parts of Asia, and Africa. Known for its warm, bitter taste and golden color, turmeric is commonly used in fabric dyes and foods such as curry powders, mustards, and cheeses. In traditional Ayurvedic medicine, turmeric has been used to aid digestion and liver function, relieve arthritis pain, and regulate menstruation. Historically, turmeric has also been applied directly to the skin for eczema and wound healing. Today, traditional or folk uses of turmeric include heartburn, stomach ulcers, gallstones, inflammation, and cancer.Turmeric's finger-like underground stems (rhizomes) are dried and taken by mouth as a powder or in capsules, teas, or liquid extracts.
