The exturder's reamer and wear parts are made of wearable metal materials and the extruder shaft is made of alloy steel. They are all processed through hardening and tempering. The reducer adopts our special hard gear surface reducer. The bearings and gear are all lubricated by oil pump. This machine has strong extruding force and it is especially suitable to produce various types of hollow bricks with coal gangue, fly ash and pottery clay as crude materials.
