Ceylon Cinnamon is widely used for adding cinnamon flavor to your foods & beverages and for some industrial purposes. All grades of cinnamon are available.
Cloves Handpicked; this grade of cloves is minimum 99% free from impurity, well sorted manually with less than 10% headless, free from coco-cloves / white cloves and almost no baby cloves.
Cloves Grade 1; this grade is always to be allowed at least 1% of admixture, very less baby cloves, bright in color and percentage of headless is less than 25. Cloves FAQ; this quality of cloves is as average quality with 3 to 4% admixture, is tolerable and slightly dark / bright in color. Also we do have Clove Stems.
Usually Ceylon Coffee is consumed locally itself due to lack of production which makes exports have no parity most of the time, but still there are possibilities for exports depending on market fluctuations.
Large quantity of Garcinia is consumed by Nutraceutical Industries for making beverages, capsules, herbal medicines etc., for sliming and fat burning. Also used for meat / fish curry dishes for adding acidic / sour flavor. It is commonly called as Kodampully.
We supply 570- 600GL, 550GL and Big Pepper (450 to 500GL) which is called Heavy Berries or Black Pepper Heavy Berries. Also we have immature pepper with a density of around 300 to 400GL which is consumed by oleoresin industries for oil and oleoresin extractions on piperine basis; this kind of pepper is called as Light Berries. The ripened berries are processed to make white pepper, which will weigh more than 570-600GL.
Planifolia variety of cured vanilla beans is available in all sizes ranging from 10 to 17cm lengths.
This is also called as Betel nuts. Different grades of good cuts available 65/35, 70/30, 80/20 etc. Arecanuts are habitually consumed with betel leaves in the form of BEEDA. The Arecanut Weevil quality is supplied to Paan / Gudka Industries.
The usage of Tamarind is similar to Garcinia but Tamarind is not consumed by industrial market as Garcinia is used by Nutraceutical Industries. This is available Black and Gold / bright brown in colors with or without seeds. Tamarind seeds are also available.
Nutmeg with shell is available in FAQ Grade and Grade -1, and number of nuts per kilo (on Nut Count). Nutmeg without shell ABCD is also available. Nutmeg without shell BWP and Nutmeg with shell BWP are used mainly for nutmeg oil distillation.
All grades of Ceylon Tea (Black) are available in bulk or in consumer packs.
