This series is used to match the press mill with asterism wheel, presser, and square shaft. The gearbox is a reducer with central drive, two output ratings and three parallel axial cylindrical gears. It features with compactness, high precision, low noise, high capacity, high efficiency, and long service life. Special floating coupling has to be used on the input side when necessary.
There are two sectional concepts. One is asymmetrical section rectangular to axis of output shaft, the sectional face is located in the upper part for the rectangular installed casting. Which is favorable for sealing of contact faces; the other one is sectioned at middle line.
Cylindrical gear is designed of single helical tooth, the conical gear is of spiry tooth. All the gears are made of alloy steel, grinding the teeth after case-hardening. Shafts are made of quality quenched and tempered steel, bearing are all roller bearings.
