Main technological features:
1, the furnace has two chambers, one for preheating and the other for heating.Due to this, the heating efficiency is higher and the productivity is 1.4-1.8 times than that of the single-chambered furnace.
2, an independent heating source is separately fixed onto the preheating chamber and the tempering furnace. Glass enters teh preheating chamber and then the tempering furnace to get heated.
3, glass will get preheated during the preheating section, which could ensure the glass be heated more evenly and increase the finished product rate.
