Characteristic
(1).Clearing equipment .
Magnetic selection machine is to rid off the iron.
(2). Flake equipment
To make the sunflower seed into pieces between the thickness 0.3 ¨c 0.35 mm , so its well-proportioned by heating, also for the soaking process .
(3).Steaming and drying process.
The process is to add the hot water into the seeds crushed/flaked to moist , to add steams for steaming the seeds, to dry the seeds for ridding off more water content .
In the process, with the water and temperature to make the protein of seeds change the character , make the oil moleculeo loose for easily
Pressing to get crude oil, also get the better cake and oil .
Moisture content :5¨c 10 %; temperature : 105 ¨c 110 degrees ; requiring time : 40mins .
(4). Pre-pressing process
The process is to press the seeds and get the crude oil .
Requiring water content : 3.5- 4.2 % ;
Temperature 105 ¨c 110 degrees ;
Residue oil of cake :6% orso .
(5).Filtering oil
Firstly to fit the rude oil with oil-dreg sieves, then use oil filter for clear the small dregs .
The oil cleared is pumped into oil tank or oil refining.
Depends on capacity
1.Working process:
Firstly , put the raw material into furnace, then seal the feed inlet system.
Secondly, burned the fuel material(coal, or wood, or natural gas , oil ) in the combustion system, the reactor will slowly heat , when the temperature reaches around 250 degree celsius, it will produce oil gas, oil gas will be processed by our technology , then go to cooling system to cold liquid oil.
The gas which can not be liquid under normal pressure , which will be designed to back to combustion system to instead the fuel material to burn the reactor, which can save energy very much .
After finishing oil produce , the temperature of reactor will be down,
At the same time , carbon black will be discharged automatically.
Lastly, when the temperature falls to 100 degree celsius, worker could open the door of reactor to discharge of steel wire .
Then can start another batch working.

1) overview of pyrolysis plant
The whole pyrolysis system is composed by 13 parts, which are reactor , transmission device, catalytic chamber, cooling tube, heavy tank , oil-water separator, condenser, light oil tank, safety device, vacuum system, dedusting system, draft fan, chimmey.
Cooling systems decides oil output. There are two steps for cooling. Cooling pipe is the first step. The second is condenser. We have three condensers. And there are 57 pipes in one condenser. Diameter is 48mm for one small pipe. The heat exchanging area is about 13square meters for one condenser. So the total cooling area is about 40 square meters, which will guarantee you a high oil yield.

Safety:
1. Professional sealing technology for cover, oil outlet.
2. Heavy oil is separated which can avoid the problems of jam in later condensing.
3. Vacuum system will prevent exhaust gas from going back to reactor and causing accident.
4. Alarm, safety valves, thermometer, pressure gauge and safety valve.
5. It is dangerous to burning exhaust gas (c1 to c4). In our process, it is transferred first through the safety device and a safety burning air muzzle. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.
Environment friendly:
1. Well water dedusting system with high pressure nozzle and environmental damper inside can avoid black smoke.
2. The exhaust gas will be directly recycled for heating reactor, no gas pollution
3. Every junction of the reactor is in good sealing situation with professional sealing material.
