This series machines are powered by tractor pto shaft and used for making the wood pellet, straw pellet, sawdust pellet , bamboo powder, rice husk , cotton stalk, seed skin peanuts shell clover, cotton seed shell.Etc and can mix with all kinds of powder materials for the fuel.
This type machine is hammer mill and pellet mill two in one machine, it can save labor and energy consuption. It mainly from straw, corn stalk, rice stalk etc to produce into 6mm/8mm/10mm pellet for fuel. The hammer mill is used to crushing material into powder shape before enter into pellet mill, and then the powder shape material driectly enter into pellet mill to pressing pellets. This type machine can be use diesel engine or electrical motor diven, the hammer mill and pellet mill used the same diesel engine or electrical motor.
The main process of the compelet pelleting line includes:
1. Crushing chipping(to make wood/wood chips to be smaller pieces or sawdust);
2. Grinding(to make crop stalks to be right sizes of raw material before pelletizing);
3. Drying(to get right moisture of raw material before pelletizing);
4. Pelletizing(to press raw material into pellets);
5. Cooling(cool down the output pellets and remove some moisture);
6. Sieving(remove the dusts and crushed pellets);
7. Packing(package the pellets into bags of required sizes).
The biomass pellets can be made from any type of wood, straw waste, such as forestry wastes, lumber leftover, saw dust;wood chips, wood bark and any type of agriculture stuff, such as bamboo dust, tea waste, sugarcane , coffe husk, paddy strwa, sunflower/ cotton/corn stalks;tobacco waste;mustard stalk;jute waste, and so on .
