Unlike contact cards,Contactless smart cards apply an embedded antenna that is attached to the chip to transfer information stored in the chip's memory to a remote computer. Contactless cards do not have to be inserted into a card acceptor device. They need only be delivered within range of a radio frequency acceptor to read and store information in the chip. The operation range is normally from about 2.5" to 3.9" (63.5mm to 99.06mm) .

Some companies use the gift card as a one-time promotional gift, while others prefer re-loadable cards in different amounts such as $25, $50 or $100. Our gift cards can be printed in 1 to full color on both sides, and can be produced with a barcode or magnetic stripe programmed to work with your point of sale systems (credit card reader) software for tracking, re-loading and storing customer information (which can pulled up each time the card is swiped through the system.) Our cards can also be printed with a signature panel or numbering for customer identification purposes.
