His previous roles at Fruitorama Australia and Unilever Sri Lanka enhanced his reputation for innovative business strategies that boost company growth and market presence.
Holding a postgraduate degree from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a B.Sc. (Special) Honors in Economics and Business Management from the University of Peradeniya, Niro's dedication to sales excellence and business innovation is pivotal. Dr. Priyanga Disanayake
Chief Scientific Officer (CSO)
Dr. Priyanga leads our sustainable agriculture initiatives. Holding a PhD in Environmental Soil Science from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, her educational breadth enhances her approach to eco-friendly farming. Dr. Priyanga has played a critical role in bridging scientific research with practical organic farming techniques, significantly impacting soil health and sustainable practices. Recognized as a "Master of Organic Agriculture" by IFOAM and a leader in South Asia, she has established advanced laboratories for soil microbiology and nutrition, driving forward sustainable farming solutions.
