Oxiva Ceramics has a total production capacity of 25m SQM/day with a total area of more than 260,000 sq. Mtrs land. We have a state-of-the-art warehousing facility with forklift, iron pallets, and wood pallet packing with a total capacity of more than 25,00,000 sqm tiles inventory to fulfill the high demands of clients.
Our manufacturing process is continuously monitored, where each batch of raw materials is tested through ISO-approved standards and passes through stringent qualtiy tests, to ensure compliance with all quality parameters before manufacturing vitrified tiles.
We use imported digital inks for printing on tiles with spain's imported digital machine. Our tiles are heated at more than 1200 degrees Celsius temperature for the vitrification process which makes them durable and strong. After the vitrification process,each batch of tiles is checked for its quality parameters in our-in-house laboratory which houses the latest equipment like spectrophotometer, testing machines for bulk density, water absorption, crazing & more. Lastly, we use nano costing on Oxiva Ceramics to make them stain and scratch-proof. All systems used by us for quality assessments are of international standards.
