Naturally Sun-Baked

After making a small seedling, the black pepper plant goes to the greenhouse where it grows for 4 to 6 months to then be removed and planted in the ground. At about 20 months, the grains begin to produce the pepper. These grains are harvested by hand and then moved to the sun in an open area, surrounded by protective screens to avoid contact with any type of animal

Materials And Components

That is when the pepper is sun-baked for around 5 days. After it is removed from the sun, they go through a process of ventilation and removal of impurities, so it stays fit for any type of exposure

Machinery And Production Process

Once the pepper grains are ready, they get packaged up and sent to our clients. We already export to the USA, Germany, Argentina, China and most of the countries in Europe, and we will be glad to send it to you too
