Titanium dioxide is a white, odorless, and naturally occurring mineral compound that finds extensive use in various industries. It is most notably recognized as a white pigment in paints, coatings, plastics, and cosmetics due to its exceptional opacity and brightness. Titanium dioxide serves as an effective UV blocker in sunscreens, protecting the skin from harmful ultraviolet rays. In addition to its role in pigmentation and UV protection, it is employed as a catalyst in the chemical industry, and as a strengthening and opacifying agent in the food industry for items like confectionery, sauces, and toothpaste. Its versatility and ability to enhance color, protection, and strength make titanium dioxide an indispensable component in a wide range of everyday products.
1.The product has the property of antibacterial, anti-aging and protection from UVR (ultraviolet radiation), and greatly improve adhesive power of products.
2.the product is nonpoisonous and harmless, and has a good compatibility with other materials.
3.The product has uniform particle size, big surface area, good dispersion and transparency, and has good property of anti-UV.
4.As a new material, titanium dioxide can be widely used on,electronic, battery, etc.
Titanium dioxide, also known as Titanium (IV) or Titania, is a simple inorganic compound produced as a pure white powder with the molecular formula TiO2. Generally, it is available in two main crystal forms, which are rutile and anatase. Anatase is economical, easily dispersed in water-based systems, and a perfect opacifier. Untreated titanium dioxide (anatase) has TiO2 with a refractive index of 2.55. However, it is not commonly used in exterior (weather-exposed) paint applications except for highway paints.
Application: Paint and Coating Industry, Paper Industry, Cosmetics Industry, Food Industry, Plastic Industry etc.
Potential Applications:
Adhesives Health Care Personal Care
Bakery Meat, Fish & Poultry Ready Meals
Cleaning Chemicals Non-Alcoholic Drinks Skin Care
Confectionary Oral Care Snack Foods
Dairy Paints Water Treatment
