Piezo printing technology
Dazzle-jet eco-solvent printer adopts Epson Generation¢õ print heads with 1440 dpi. The quantity of heads can be one or two. Each head has 1440(180*8) nozzles and double head can have 2880 nozzles. It can achieve 360dpi with single pass printing. The particular arrangement of YM C K K C MY make the same overlap sequence of color while print heads moving repeatedly. There is no deep or shallow trace while in low pass printing because it has a special function of pass feather technology. It can print in high speed and avoid the pass trace while printing materials are moving.
Waving Printing Technology
The unique two-dimensional intelligent Feather and Wave Feather functions perfectly clear up the BANDING in printing process and enhance the excellent quality.
Changeable PL technology
Changeable PL technology can generate different size of tiny ink droplet in micron level which can be changeable from 3.5 PL to 27PL. The printing effect looks exquisite and vivid.
The Piezo printing technology can control the deformation of piezoelectric crystal so that change the ink droplet precisely and guarantee the high printing resolution. The ink jet temperature compensation techniques guarantee the high frequency and stability of nozzles.
Dazzle-jet eco-solvent printer adopts VSDT (Variable-Size Droplet Technology) which use 2 bit image file while processing by rip software. VSDT technology can change the size of ink droplet according to the image detail, which means printing pure color by large droplet and printing precise detail by small droplet. VSDT technology can promote both printing speed and printing precision so it is the key of Epson printing control technology.
High printing speed
Printing width of single pass reaches 2 inches, while other piezo printer can only reach 1 inch. The maximum printing speed can be 50 m2/ h.
Gradual changeable pass technology (Unique)
It adopts gradual changeable pass technology, which can avoid banding or overlapping caused by the mechanical movement of print heads. This can improve the productive rate and save cost.
