Structural steel fabrication
Stainless steel conductive fabrics are a type of fabric made from stainless steel fibers that have been woven or knitted into a textile. These fabrics are designed to have electrical conductivity, which makes them useful for a wide range of applications, such as electromagnetic shielding, heating elements, and wearable technology. The electrical conductivity of stainless steel conductive fabrics comes from the presence of stainless steel fibers, which are made from a blend of stainless steel and other metals. These fibers are typically very fine and can be woven or knitted into a fabric using traditional textile techniques. One of the main benefits of stainless steel conductive fabrics is their ability to shield against electromagnetic radiation. This makes them useful for applications such as electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding in electronics and communications equipment. They are also used in medical applications to shield against electromagnetic fields generated by medical equipment. Another use for stainless steel conductive fabrics is in heating elements. Because of their electrical conductivity, they can be used to create heating elements for clothing, blankets, and other applications where heat is needed. Stainless steel conductive fabrics are also used in wearable technology, such as smart clothing and fitness trackers. They can be integrated into garments to create sensors that track body temperature, heart rate, and other physiological data.

I-Beam Steel I-Beams, also known as H-Beam, are one of the most common steel profile used in construction and civil engineering. It provide support for buildings and load-bearing walls. The I-shaped section optimises strength weight ratio & surface usability to provide a highly efficient product. It is right-angle formed & so has high bending resistance, construction application simplicity. It save cost, is light weight and thus is used widely in various industries.
T-Beam: A T-Beam is a load-bearing structure with a t-shaped cross section. The top of the t-shaped cross section serves as a flange or compression member in resisting compressive stresses. The web of the beam below the compression flange serves to resist shear stress and to provide greater separation for the coupled forces of bending. Other uses for one way to make a T-beam to be more efficient structurally is to use an inverted T-beam with a floor slab or bridge deck joining the tops of the beams. Done properly, the slab acts as the compression flange.
Angle Bar Angle steel bars are perpendicular elongated steel bars connected together as a wave-like product. There are equal angles and unequal angles. Angle steel bar is a simple sectioned carbon structural steel mostly used in metal products fabrication and construction of workshop. In application, it must has weldability, plasticity deformation performance and high mechanical strength. The raw material to produce angle steel is low-carbon billet. Finished product of angle steel is hot roll formed.
Square Tubes: Structural Tubes, also known as hollow sections, are used as a structural element in buildings, bridges and other structures, and in a wide variety of manufactured products. It’s produced in round, square and rectangular shapes in a broad range of sizes and gauges. Square Tube, similar to round tube, has efficient shape for multiple-axis loading as it has uniform geometry along two or more cross-sectional axes, and thus uniform strength characteristics. This makes it good choice for columns. It also has excellent resistance to torsion.
