Pocket filters, also referred to as bag filters,pocket filters are constructed of a plastic or galvanized steel frame and contain fiberglass or synthetic media. They are called pocket filters because the media is stitched or sonically welded to form pockets ranging from 10 to 36 inches deep.
Bag / Pocket Air Filters are constructed with galvanized steel frames and sections of synthetic non-woven fabric media to create pockets. The bag's flexible stitching helps to maintain the media's shape in a variety of airflow circumstances. The stitching is sealed with thermoplastic resin to stop any leaks. There can be a specific number of bags in each bag-type air filter, such as a 6 pocket bag filter or an 8 pocket bag filter. They can be modified to meet the requirements of the real application.
SNYLI bag filters provide high-efficiency filtration while keeping low-pressure drop against airflow. We have efficiency range from 40-45% (orange), 60-65% (green), 80-85% (pink), and 90-95% (yellow). The frame is made of 26-gauge galvanized steel. Different kinds of gasket are available to meet your application purpose.
Cleaning Instructions
1. Remove any apparent dry debris from the pockets with caution. You can either shake out any loose particles by hand or by setting the filter (pockets-up) over a big garbage can and lightly smacking the outside of the pockets with your hand.
2. Spray water through the exterior of the pockets with a low-pressure faucet or garden hose so that it drains into the middle and out of the pockets at the frame opening. Repeat until it's clean.
3. Allow the filter to completely drain of all water. The filter shouldn't be put back in until it is totally dry.
4. Detergent is not needed.
