Pex is cross-linked polyethylene. Through one of several processes, links between polyethylene molecules are formed to create bridges (thus the term "cross-linked). This resulting material is more durable under temperature extremes, chemical attack, and better resists creep deformation, making pex an excellent material for hot water and other applications.
Pipe fittings are the general names of parts and components that play the role of connection, control, direction change, diversion, sealing and support in the pipeline system. Steel fittings are pressure fittings. According to the different processing technology, it is divided into four categories, namely, butt welding pipe fittings (divided into weld and no weld), socket welding and threaded pipe fittings, flange pipe fittings.

PEX-AL-PEX pipe/ DXPAP2 Pipes :
Junxing PEX-AL-PEX pipe is a five-layer composite pipe that combines the advantages of a metal and plastic pipe and eliminates the disadvantages of both materials at the same time. The aluminum core is absolutely diffusion tight; it reliably prevents oxygen/gases from permeating into pipe. It compensates and reduces snap-back forces and heat expansion with changes of temperature.
Junxing PEX multilayer composite pipe consists of an overlapped or butt welded aluminum core with an inner and outer layer or high temperature-resistant polyethylene. All layers are permanently bonded together by intermediate adhesive layers. The aluminum thickness for Junxing PEX pipe has been selected to meet compressive and flexural strength requirements.
Overlapped welded PEX pipe is co-extruded with one step with perfect adhesive between inner layer and aluminum, high and stable pressure resistance, of which welding style is ultrasonic.
Butt welded PEX pipe is moulding with several steps that is argon-arc welding style.
The color of PEX pipe is optional.
