The above and below layers are high purity aluminum alloy sheets, between which is non-toxic low density PE core board, and with protective layer on the above shape. Normally KYNAR500 PVDF adopted for the surface coating for outdoor and PE coated for indoor.

EPM A2 ACP
EPM's A2 Fire-Retardant ACP core consists of well-balanced combination of combustible (LDPE) and non-combustible (Mg (OH)2) in the core, will prove resistance to fire thereby delaying combustion, and declining further spread.
Where an A2 SCP core should be 90% of non-combustible proportion with 10% balanced mix of LDPE and other supplements.
EPM FR-B1 ACP
EPM's FR-B1 is composed of a modified mineral-based core which consists of non-combustible mineral (Magnesium Hydroxide) and small quantity of low-density polyethylene with a composition of 73% of mineral plus 25% of LDPE and 2% of other additives sandwiched in two aluminum skins.
EPM NON-FR ACP
EPM's Non-Fire Retardant ACP core is made up of 100% LDPE, Low-density polyethylene (Linear or Recycled) which is a plastic based core, a petroleum by-product and of course 100% combustible and contribute to increase the intensity of fire propagation when they burn and changes a small fire to a big disaster.
