4. GBK (+A) After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere.
5. NBK (+N) After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed above the upper

1) 1541 Chemical Component Analysis(%):
C: 0.36-0.44; Mn: 1.35-1.65; P: < 0.040; S: < 0.050;

2) Monthly Capacity: 6000 tons.

3) Delivery Condition: BKS condition, Annealed(A), Bright Annealing, Normalized(N), Stress Relief Or Finish Anneal(SR), Quenched and Tempered(Q+T), etc;

4) Surface treatment: ASTM A519-Temporary Coating, Special Coating, Galvanized, immersion oil, lacquer, passivation, phosphating,etc; Or Oil-dip paint black with two plastic caps on each end

8) Packing: Hexagonal bundles with several steel strips, Wrapped in waterproof paper, PVC sleeve,and sackcloth with several steel strips or packed in heavy tri-wall boxes, wooden boxes, wooden slats as requires;

9) Packing Type: Round , Square, Rectangle, Hexagon. Streamline, etc;

10) Applications: Automobile and Bearing Industry, Drill or oil industry, Mechanical and Structral Purpose, Hydraulic and Petrochemical Purpose, etc.
