Products introduction: Sodium lignosulphonate ( lignosulfonate ) water reducer are mainly for concrete mixture as water-reducing additive. Low dosage , low air content , water reducing rate is high , adapt to most kind of cement. Can confected as concrete early-age strength enhancer , concrete retarder , antifreeze , pumping aids etc. Nearly no precipitate product in the liquor additive which is made from the sodium lignosulphonate and naphthalin-group high-efficiency water reducer .The sodium lignosulphonate is fit for apply to building project, dam project, thruway project etc. 2.Main performance 1, can reduce 10% of water consumption at least ; 2, can improve mixture of the concrete; 3, compression strength improves by more than 15% equally on 3-28 days; 4, can reduce the initial stage of the cement heat of hydration by a large margin; 5, have no function of corroding on the reinforcing bar. 3.Operation methods : 1. 0.2-0.5% of mixing amount in concrete (with cement weight), users can adjust the mixing amount through the test ; 2. Can use after mixed liquid , also can put with cement , aggregate into mixer to use at the same time too, need lengthen time properly; 3. The result is more obvious after mixing with high-efficient naphthalene department water-reducing agent. User can determine the suitable dosage according to the result that cement variety, aggregate situation, naphthalene department type of water-reducing agent are tested fixing; Packed in plastic film bag wrapped with plastic woven sack with a net weight of 25kg each
Bentonite is a high swelling clay mineral whose name was derived from the location of the first commercial deposits mined at fort benton, wyoming u. S. A. Mineralogically, bentonite mainly consists of montmorillonite in combination with various mineral impurities such as feldspars, calcite, silica, etc. Montmorillonite belongs to the smectite group of clays which also include similar behaving minerals such as beidellite, saponite and hectorite. Geologically bentonites are mainly of volcanic origin, the majority of commercial deposits were formed by the hydrolysis or metamorphism of volcanic rock or ash and are almostly found in everywhere in world. The structure of montmorillonite is fundamentally a three layer structure with an octahedral aluminium hydroxyl sheet sandwiched between two layers of silicon- oxygen tetrahedra. However, the aluminium atoms are partially replaced by the substitution of either magnesium or iron atoms, thereby creating a charge deficiency within the unit structure. This results in a small negative charge on the basal plane of silica tetrahedra which is balanced by absorption of exchangeable cations between adjacent platelets. In natural montmorillonite, these cations are usually calcium, sodium or magnesium according to the formations of bentonite. Specification -welldry activated clay (montmorillonite clay, bentonite clay), 100% pure clay desiccant without any calcium chloride. In p.P. Woven bags of 25 kgs / 50kgs /1000 kgs net Kept in dry and ventilating place, prevent from rain and moisture when storage; if agglomerated, please crush and make it into solution, and its effect will be the same.

Bentonite as is a particular kind of clay derived from volcanic ash and consists mainly of montmorillonite with minor amount of illite, kaolinite, cristobalite and other minerals. Bentonite has strong colloidal properties and, when in contact with water, increases its volume several fold by swelling, forming a tixotropic, gelatinous substance. Main uses of Bentonite take advantage of these colloidal properties. The main characteristics of Bentonite is its decolorizing power, that is the property of the earth to absorb selectively certain pigments rather than others according to the characteristics of the product to be decolourized(acidity, oxidation degree, origin and biological state etc.) APPLICATIONS For Drilling Fluids Pilling Binder (e.g. foundry-sand bond, iron ore pelletizer) Purifier Electrical Earthing Agriculture Cosmetics, Paper, Paints and Ceramics Absorbent (e.g. pet litter), and As a Groundwater Barrier. We CEMENTATION acquire own mines for Bentonite in India. We supply Bentonite for industrial, manufacturing, construction and drilling applications. Our production or supply capacity is more than 250,000 TPA. At CEMENTATION a special attention is given while mining Bentonite as the materials physical and chemical properties are depended upon the interference of the other metal ions present in the soil. Once the material sourced from mines are transferred to our factory and are left for drying in an open land to reduce moisture up to the desired level. After the drying process and other checks are done our skilled manpower will do a sorting of the material and then after the material goes to pulverizes for grinding to desired mesh size and are packed according to customers requirement. Our laboratories are well equipped to meet the needs of the diverse markets we serve.
